If vehicle comes with a spare wheel this must be included with a legal tyre or where
applicable a tyre inflation kit.
All tyres on the vehicle must be road legal.A minimum of 1.6mm depth is needed across the central three-quarters of the tyre, and around the full circumference of the tread.
For EVs only:
- I confirm the battery of the vehicle operates normally and has no faults
- I confirm I can provide the charging cable alongside my EV vehicle
But has one or more of the following:
- Large scratches and dents
- Heavily worn interior
- Some faulty / damaged electrical components
- No service history
- Damage to windows including cracks or large chips to windscreen
- Wheel / alloy damage to four wheels
If you decide to sell to us, for vehicles in poor condition, we want to make sure we fully understand the condition of your vehicle before confirming to an agreed valuation. A valuations expert will inspect your vehicle and if the condition of your vehicle is deemed uneconomical to repair or severely damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the valuation.

Conditions of our online car valuation
We can only guarantee your price if:
- Your car has not been used as a taxi or by a driving school
- Your car has a valid MOT certificate on the day of hand over
- Your car is not an import and was first registered in the UK (mainland)
- Your car has not been in a major accident and has never been an insurance write off
- You have been the registered owner of the vehicle for a minimum of 6 months and can provide us with the logbook (V5c)
- Your car has 2 sets of keys
- Where applicable, the SatNav memory or Sim Card are in the car
- Your vehicle has a spare wheel with a legal tyre or where applicable a tyre inflation kit
- All interior fixings such as the parcel shelf are included in the car
The car valuation is valid for seven days when you book an appointment and is based on the mileage and condition described. Should your vehicle not match the description, we reserve the right to change your valuation.
