New Kia PBV Engines and Performance
Every Kia PV5 runs on a fully electric powertrain with zero tailpipe emissions. Each model is available with the 51.5 kWh Standard Range (SR) battery, while the Passenger and Cargo also offer a 71.2 kWh Long Range (LR) option. The Chassis Cab is SR-only.
The Passenger LR covers up to 256 miles combined and up to 364 miles in city conditions - enough for most daily routines without mid-day charging. The Cargo LR reaches 258 miles combined. All variants support DC rapid charging at up to 150kW, with a 10-80% charge in under 30 minutes. For overnight home charging at 11kW AC, the SR takes around four hours and 45 minutes and the LR around six and a half hours.
