Eleanor Cantwell, a third-year apprentice technician at Vertu Mercedes-Benz Aylesbury, has been honoured with the Tony Pritchard Recognition Award for Mercedes-Benz UK.
This accolade recognises her exceptional dedication, skill, and commitment to excellence within the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Academy.
This year saw an unprecedented number of applications for the award, reflecting the outstanding calibre of apprentices within the Mercedes-Benz programme and network. The selection process was rigorous, considering assessment results, behavioural scores, work submissions, and the detailed information provided in nomination forms.

In recognition of her achievements, Eleanor has been awarded a week of work experience at Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team headquarters. This opportunity will provide her with invaluable insights and experience within the high-performance world of Formula One.
