Hondacare Assistance service awarded top marks in independent breakdown cover review
Which? has awarded Hondacare Assistance a score of 87% and Recommended Provider status following a recent analysis of breakdown cover.
Hondacare achieved the fastest response time and took the top spot in the 'repair at roadside' categories, both of which are key factors when a customer is stuck at the roadside.
Provided by the AA, Hondacare offer the highest number of repairs at the roadside and 69% of call outs are attended to within an hour.
Covering a vehicle for the first three years as part of the manufacturer's warranty, the service offers European, home, roadside and recovery assistance as well as a messaging service to inform a family member of what's happening.
Its impressive results meant Honda was named top in the manufacturer branded car cover category by the independent product and service reviewer.
