Jaguar Security Features
With your InControl account you have a wealth of security features to keep your Jaguar defended and secure. Alerts will be sent via the Jaguar Remote app and/or SMS.
Secure Tracker and Secure Tracker Pro
Subscribe to the Secure Tracker or Secure Tracker Pro service for the latest security technology for your Jaguar. The system ensures you stay one step ahead of any potential theft at all times.
These features include Theft Alert, Guardian Mode, Service Mode and Transport Mode. Activate and manage these services from logging into your InControl account online. Or by installing the Jaguar Remote app.
Secure Tracker and Secure Tracker Pro are also Thatcham accredited. Having them activated may reduce your insurance premiums as well as keeping your Jaguar safe.
Theft Alert
An automatic theft alert will be triggered if your Jaguar experiences a break-in. An alert will be sent to you and to the Stolen Vehicle Tracking Centre, where one of the operators will get in touch to track and help recover your Jaguar.
Secure Tracker Pro offers an extra layer of protection. It alerts you if your Jaguar is unlocked with anything other than the authorised key.
Guardian Mode
Receive an instant alert for any unauthorised action involving your vehicle. Whether that is opening or maneuvering. Make the most of this feature from anywhere in the world from either the Remote app or logging into your InControl account.
Service Mode
Service Mode allows you to suspend Theft Alert notifications for 10 hours. It can be turned on and off from the Remote app or your online InControl account. Perfect for dropping your car off to be worked on.
Transport Mode
Security while towing or transporting your vehicle is now made easy. By turning off the Theft Alert notifications for 10 hours, only while the engine is turned off and is being transported to its destination.
