Our sale was not a 'run of the mill' easy part exchange, They found a history on our car that we were not aware of when they ran a HPI check. The way they handled this revelation (we were shocked) was second to none. Indeed the way that they handled the entire sale from start to finish was a demonstration of true professionalism and not the tiresome display of 'hard sale' that is too often seen and is most off putting.
