I just wanted to pass on my thanks for excellent service I received at the Newcastle branch. The reception staff and the technician who solved the noise problem from my Corsa engine compartment were were highly professional, very helpful and informative. Yesterday I had my car serviced and was very impressed with the level of service and courtesy extended. However, it wasn't until I drove away that I realised what a fantastic job the person providing the complementary cleaning/valeting had done. Mine is an 11 year old Galaxy which came out looking like new, whoever cleaned the car must have worked very hard to achieve that result and I would like to say thanks for their efforts.

I've never felt the urge to compliment a car sales team before but after the excellent service I received from your Sales Executives I feel I have to.
