Yes, you can absolutely look inside a car before purchasing it. Our expert sales team are on hand to give a personalised video tour of your chosen car. If you prefer to view a car in person, you can also visit your local Vertu Motors dealership.
Can I trade in my old car?

If you have any outstanding finance on your current vehicle, don't worry, we may be able to clear that for you.
What information do I need to apply for car finance online?
When applying for finance online, you will need: your driving license, employment details, delivery address, and billing details. Your billing details and address need to match what is listed on your driving license.
If you are part exchanging your vehicle and still have outstanding finance, let us know the mileage, condition, and an idea of a settlement figure. Don't worry if you do not have an exact settlement figure, we can contact your finance company for an accurate figure.
Do you fully check all cars?
At Vertu Motors, all cars undergo rigorous testing by expert technicians in our state-of-the-art workshops, before being sanitised by our valet team.
Do you sell car accessories online too?
You can choose from a range of accessories including mud flaps, floor mats and paint protection at checkout.
Will I need to pay for road tax?
Twelve months road tax is an additional cost that is included with all petrol and diesel cars. However, we can take care of all the paperwork on your behalf. The cost of road tax is determined by your vehicle and set out by the DVLA.
We will give you an estimated delivery date when you buy a car online with us and you will then receive a personalised video tour of your vehicle 24 hours before delivery is due to take place, explaining key features and how they work.
Is there a returns policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all used cars if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Contact the dealership directly and they will be able to arrange for you to return the vehicle for an exchange or refund.
What information do you need to value my car?
To provide you with a free car valuation online, we will need:
- Your vehicle registration
- Current mileage of your car
- Personal contact information
Will you still buy my car if there is outstanding finance?
We will still be happy to purchase your vehicle from you if there is still outstanding finance. Simply contact your finance company to request a valid settlement letter, we will then settle the balance for you and deduct it from the payment we give you for your vehicle.
If you owe more finance than the value of your vehicle, you will just need to pay us the shortfall. Please remember that you must not cancel your direct debit until we have received your vehicle and confirm that all finance has been paid. You will risk owing a payment which you will be obliged to pay if you cancel the direct debit early.
