What is included with Volvo Assistance?
Three years’ free cover from the date of vehicle registration of your new Volvo, or one year’s free cover from the date of purchase for a used Volvo. This covers your vehicle, plus any caravans and trailers for towing, and anyone driving the vehicle with your permission.
Volvo Service Promise offer - 12 months’ free Volvo Assistance each time you take your vehicle in for servicing at any Volvo retailer.
Volvo Assistance Renewal - extend your plan with a Volvo Assistance Insured policy, providing the same level of cover.
Why do I need Volvo Assistance?
Volvo Assistance brings you added peace of mind with each journey should any issues arise. Benefit from:
- Home and roadside assistance - whether at home or elsewhere, help will be sent your way in the event your vehicle becomes immobilised. We will take it to the nearest Authorised Volvo Dealer or Volvo Authorised Workshop.
- Additional benefits - any associated costs will be covered if your vehicle cannot be repaired within four hours of arrival. These include storage, onward travel, or hotel accommodation if required, OR
- Car hire - Volvo Assistance will pay for a replacement vehicle for you to use while your vehicle is being repaired
- Vehicle collection - once the repairs are complete, your plan will cover the costs of you coming to collect it from the dealership or workshop
- Parts delivery - if any parts for your vehicle are not available locally, Volvo Assistance will pay for the despatch
- Message service - Volvo Assistance will also relay any important messages to relatives, employers, or others in the event of a serious incident
- Continental European Cover - covering everything from additional benefits onwards, plus vehicle repatriation
