Our car service plans are split into two types – basic servicing and full manufacturer servicing. Whether your car is under warranty or not will determine which one is right for you.

Interim Service

Basic servicing

Our basic service plan is great for cars outside of their warranty period. While it doesn’t follow manufacturer guidelines., Iit maintains the performance of your vehicle for an affordable price.

A basic service includes:

  • Oil change and filter
  • Topping up levels
  • Full visual health check
Full Service

Full manufacturer's servicing

Our full manufacturer service is the complete package. The service takes into consideration your vehicle's age and mileage. As well as manufacturer servicing and maintenance guidelines. Checks on items and part replacements can differ on each service. This is due to each manufacturer having different guidelines.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for my service plan?

Your first payment will be taken 30 days after joining Priority Service Plan, and you will not be asked to pay anything upfront unless a service is due.

If you prefer, you can also pay one lump sum for your service plan and take advantage of a further discount.

Is Priority Service Plan discounted?

You can save up to 25% compared to one-off service rates, when you take out a Priority Service Plan with Vertu Motors.

Will the cost of my service plan increase?

No. There's no need to worry about unexpected costs with Priority Service Plan. The price is fixed for the entire duration of your plan, so you are in control of your car maintenance costs.

Can I get a courtesy car?

At Vertu Motors, we offer all customers a complimentary courtesy car* to suit your busy lifestyle. However, we do ask that you book in advance by booking online or giving us a call.

*Subject to availability and insurance administration fee

To book a courtesy car, you must:

  • Be between the ages of 21 - 85
  • Have held a license for a minimum of one year
  • Have no more than 9 points in the last three years
  • Have no disqualifications in the last five years

If you are under 21, you must have held your license for a minimum of one year and have no points.

What happens to my service plan if I change my car?

Don't worry - if you change your car, you have the option to transfer your Priority Service Plan to another vehicle at any time. Get in touch with us and we'll take care of the rest, transferring any remaining funds.

Can I cancel my car service plan?

We understand personal circumstances can change and that's why with Priority Service Plan you aren't tied into any contracts, meaning you can cancel at any time. Simply give us a call or contact our aftersales team and they will be able to take care of the rest.

Does Priority Service Plan cover wear and tear items?

Priority Service Plan does not cover the cost of wear and tear items.
