How Proactive Care Works
Your BMW is equipped with sensors that monitor its health. When a service need or potential fault is detected, this information is transmitted directly to BMW. You will then receive a notification in your My BMW app, in your vehicle, or via email. In urgent situations, you will receive a call to ensure timely attention.
