The Vertu Trophy Final, Wembley Stadium Sunday 13^th April 2025

This ticket and car giveaway is provided by Vertu Motors plc, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05984855) whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0XA trading as Vertu (Vertu). Participants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and any information or guidance published by Vertu form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants should be aware that Vertu is the promoter of this promotion and that this is not a promotion of The Football League Limited (EFL), any EFL football club or any other football club competing in the Vertu Trophy.

1) TICKET PRIZE: 2 (two) successful entrants will each win a pair of hospitality tickets for the Vertu Trophy Final 2025 (Vertu Trophy Final) at Wembley Stadium (Venue) on Sunday 13th April 2025 and the chance to take part in the In Stadium Activity (as defined below) activity to win the Car (as defined below) at the Vertu Trophy Final (each a Ticket Prize Winner).

The tickets are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can tickets be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount. The tickets do not include any associated costs or expenses (e.g., travel costs, food, drinks, fuel, gratuities/tips or any additional costs) other than the entry, seating and hospitality included with the tickets at the Venue details of which will be provided to the Ticket Prize Winners.

The tickets are subject to the ticket terms and conditions of the Venue (refer to paragraph 5 below). The Ticket Prize Winners and their guest attending the Venue to enjoy their prize must comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the EFL, the Venue operators and/or any authority at the Venue (including without limitation any dress code applicable). The EFL, the relevant Venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner.

2) CAR PRIZE: The 2 (two) successful Ticket Prize Winners will take part in an activity/competition either pre-game or at half-time at the Vertu Trophy Final (In Stadium Activity) to win one (1) pre-registered 25 Plate Toyota Aygo X Edge 1.0 with delivery mileage supplied by Vertu (Car). The Ticket Prize Winners will be made aware of the nature of the In Stadium Activity that they will participate in at least one week before the Vertu Trophy Final by Vertu. The winner of the In Stadium Activity will win the Car. Further terms and conditions may apply to the In Stadium Activity and will be provided to each Ticket Prize Winner prior to the Ticket Prize Winner's participation in the In Stadium Activity (Activity Terms). Any participation in the In Stadium Activity will be deemed acceptance of the Activity Terms. Vertu reserves the right to change the In Stadium Activity (including but not limited to any part of the In Stadium Activity) where reasonably necessary to do so as a result of circumstances or events outside of Vertu's, EFL's or the Venue operator's control (such as poor weather conditions, pitch conditions, health and safety concerns/risks and/or postponement of the match). Entrants further acknowledge and agree that where there is a postponement of the Vertu Trophy Final to a date after 13 April 2025, the In Stadium Activity will also be rearranged to align with the new date of the Vertu Trophy Final.

The Car will be registered by Vertu to the winner of the In Stadium Activity at the Vertu Trophy Final (Car Prize Winner) following the Vertu Trophy Final once they have provided the supplying dealership with all registration details. 7 day drive away insurance will be included together with the first year's road vehicle tax but the Car Prize Winner will be required to arrange their own insurance thereafter. A mutually convenient Vertu dealership or location will be reasonably agreed with the Car Prize Winner for the Car to be handed over.

3) ELIGIBILITY: This ticket giveaway is free and is open to any person resident in the UK who is over the age of 18. Employees of Vertu or its affiliates, EFL, EFL In the Community and the Venue operator, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this giveaway, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

4) TIMING: The ticket giveaway runs from 13 January 2025 until 24:00 (midnight) on 12 March 2025 (Giveaway Deadline).

5) ENTRY: To enter you must follow the link and enter your details for your chance to win the tickets. The following details are required for entry: name, date of birth, email address and home address including postcode.

Each person may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. A ticket may be used by a person under 18, but that person must be accompanied by an adult (being a Ticket Prize Winner). Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are received after the Giveaway Deadline. No purchase is necessary to enter the ticket giveaway.

Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the Wembley National Stadium Ground Regulations each of which may be updated from time to time (both of these documents can be found at www.efl.com/ticketconditions). Ticket Prize Winners must abide by those terms at all times. Vertu and the EFL accept no responsibility if the Ticket Prize Winner and/or their guest are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour. Where a Ticket Prize Winner is denied entry or asked to leave the match as a result of the above, the Ticket Prize Winner will be disqualified from entry into the In Stadium Activity and the other Ticket Prize Winner shall be deemed the winner of the Car by default.

Vertu is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

6) SELECTION OF TICKET WINNERS: the promotion is a prize draw and the Ticket Prize Winners of the pairs of tickets will be selected at random by Vertu using a computer random generator from all entrants who have entered the ticket giveaway and met the entry requirements before the Giveaway Deadline.

7) SELECTION OF CAR WINNER: subject to the Activity Terms, the winner of the pre-registered 25 Plate Toyota Aygo X Edge 1.0 will be the winner of the In Stadium Activity at the Vertu Trophy Final.

8) NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The Ticket Prize Winners will be notified via email by Vertu in advance of the Vertu Trophy Final. Tickets will be available for collection for match day collection from the Venue (Wembley Stadium) and each Ticket Prize Winner must provide photo ID and any other documents as may be necessary to prove their eligibility, or the Tickets will not be released.

9) USE OF YOUR ENTRY: Each Ticket Prize Winner consents to his/her personal data being provided to the Venue. The EFL will be provided with information (including name and address) of the Ticket Prize Winner and its nominated guest for prize administration and databases will be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use Ticket Prize Winners' or their guest's personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so. The following privacy notice shall apply to any processing by the EFL: www.efl.com/efl-privacy-notice/. Each Ticket Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that they will provide the EFL Privacy Notice to any guest whose personal data you provide to Vertu or EFL. Winners are also responsible for the behaviour of their guests. Entrants further agree to provide (upon request from Vertu) confirmation of the football club that they support (Preferred Club) and the football club that they wish to support at the Vertu Trophy Final (if their Preferred Club is not a finalist football club in the Vertu Trophy Final) to Vertu so that this can be provided to the EFL and seating can be allocated accordingly. If a Ticket Prize Winner's Preferred Club is participating in the Vertu Trophy Final, Ticket Prize Winners will be allocated seating in Preferred Club's section at Wembley (where Wembley/EFL has segregated opponent fans at the Vertu Trophy Final in hospitality seating). Entrants acknowledge and agree that EFL and/or the Venue operator reserve the right to segregate the Ticket Prize Winners from the opponent finalist football club's fans whilst using the match tickets for the Vertu Trophy Final and/or eject or refuse entry to the Stadium for any Ticket Prize Winners that are situated in a rival football club's section at Wembley.

lEach Ticket Prize Winner's and their guest's personal data will not be retained or used by the Venue for any purpose other than distributing the tickets. Any personal data you provide when you enter may be used for future Vertu and any affiliated company's marketing activities only if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by Vertu and agents acting on its behalf only for the operation of, and in connection with, this ticket giveaway.

10) OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this ticket giveaway, these Terms and Conditions or the Activity Terms. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu's decision shall be final. Vertu reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this ticket giveaway at any time and for any reason, without notice.

Participants in this ticket giveaway agree that Vertu will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the tickets, or from participation in this ticket giveaway. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu's liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu's fraud. This ticket giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Venue, EFL, any EFL football club or any other football club competing in the Vertu Trophy.

Participants agree that Vertu is not the operator of the Venue and that the EFL will undertake the In Stadium Activity on Vertu's behalf. Insofar as permitted by law, neither Vertu nor EFL nor the Venue will be responsible or liable to compensate the Ticket Prize Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the match tickets or participating in the In Stadium Activity except where it is caused by that party's own negligence.

Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this ticket giveaway (including all terms and conditions the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the relevant Ground Regulations in force at the Venue), no refunds or any other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any ticket that a Ticket Prize Winner has won in this competition where any match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled (for whatever reason).

If a Ticket Prize Winner and/or their guest(s) has any special accessibility requirements, the Ticket Prize Winner will need to make Vertu aware of this as soon as the Ticket Prize Winner has won a pair of tickets. In some instances accessible seating may only be available at short notice. If wheelchair spaces are available, these will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. Moreover, if the Ticket Prize Winner has any special accessibility requirements that may affect their ability to undertake the In Stadium Activity, the Ticket Prize Winner will need to make Vertu aware of this as soon as the Ticket Prize Winner has won the pair of tickets.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that the ability to receive the prize may be prevented, limited or interfered with by unforeseen events outside of the reasonable control of Vertu, EFL, participating Clubs and/or Venue operators, which may result in (amongst other things) matches being postponed, cancelled, played behind closed doors, reduced capacity crowds, or entry requirements imposed by a competent authority. Neither Vertu, EFL, any participating football club or Venue shall be liable or responsible if any unforeseen events prevent, limit or interfere with the Ticket Prize Winner making use of the ticket or attending the match and in the event Ticket Prize Winners cannot make use of ticket(s) to attend any match Vertu will determine in its sole discretion whether it will grant an alternative prize.

No guarantees can be given that any match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The event organiser reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.

Name changes for tickets are not permitted, unless expressly agreed in writing (at the sole discretion of the EFL) on a case by case basis.

The Ticket Prize Winner and their guest must support the football club that the Winner selects to watch using the match tickets as tickets will be in that football club's designated section at Wembley . No away match tickets are available.

11) SPIRIT OF THE TICKET AND CAR GIVEAWAY: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this ticket and car giveaway by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, Vertu may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Vertu will disqualify that entrant's entry to this ticket and car giveaway and may ban the entrant from participating in any future giveaways, promotions or competitions run by Vertu or any of its affiliates, so please enter fairly.

12) LAW AND JURISDICTION: This ticket giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The winner irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
