The UK’s fourth largest automotive retailer Vertu Motors plc has been named as one of the top car dealer groups in the UK for customer experience, according to leading independent review site JudgeService.

The Group, which has nearly 200 outlets across the country operating under brands including Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors and Vertu Motors, has achieved a 96% recommendation score from customers.

Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Mansfield and Vertu Land Rover Bradford both claimed top 10 spots across all dealerships listed on the platform. Both sites had more than 99% satisfaction rating and a 100% recommendation rating, with Mansfield being named as the second-best location in the entire country for customer satisfaction.

JudgeService Research is customer satisfaction platform that encourages customers to anonymously review their experience with motor retailers so that they can improve their customer service performance. It also allows members of the public to make an informed decision about which dealership to make enquiries at for the best possible customer journey. Additionally, dealerships can respond to customers to help improve their interactions and solve issues quickly.
