Renault Opens Reservations For Renault 5 Turbo 3E

Renault has confirmed that reservations are open for the all new Renault 5 Turbo 3E, which is due to hit the road in 2027.

The all-electric car will be a modern reboot of the iconic Renault 5 Turbo and is expected to go on sale at a price starting at £135,000 including VAT to buyers in Europe, the Middle East, Japan and Australia.

Those interested in acquiring one of the 1,980 cars can log their details with Renault to make an appointment in which they can sign their reservation form to take priority when the car is available to buy.

Customers who sign up will then be contacted early next year to discuss personalisation options before final configuration and order in early 2027 ahead of delivery.

"We are proud to have succeeded in involving our dealers, as well as the first customers, in the pre-financing process of the Renault 5 Turbo 3E,” Ivan Segal, Global Sales and Operations Director, Renault Brand, said. “To achieve this, we have implemented an innovative reservation scheme, befitting this exceptional vehicle, an major image vector for the Renault brand.

“On one hand, it allows customers to secure a priority order reservation within the network from today. On the other hand, it helps us finalise the development of the Renault 5 Turbo 3E and launch the first units in 2027.

“The Renault 5 Turbo 3E could not have come to life without this entirely new process, which demonstrates Renault Group's ability to innovate in the marketing schemes of extraordinary projects."
