Jeep Wrangler claims top 4x4 award - again!
The Jeep Wrangler has been awarded the 4x4 of the Year in the magazine's 'Hardcore' class, taking this accolade for the second consecutive year.
And why not? The four-door Wrangler is a fantastic model for use off the beaten track, while also being comfortable and desirable.
“The Jeep Wrangler remains 4x4 Magazine’s Hardcore Class champion. It effortlessly demonstrates its off-road capabilities with immense power and torque, while delivering a gorgeously low, first crawler gear for when finesse is needed,” he enthused.
Who wouldn't want a vehicle that tackles all terrains so effectively, while also delivering 34.9 mpg and emitting just 213g/km of CO2?
However, the Wrangler wasn't the only model from Jeep that was up for praise. The Grand Cherokee also claimed the Highly Commended title in the Premiums category.
The Cherokee boasts even lower emissions than previous models (198 g/km CO2), and improved fuel consumption (37.7 mpg).
