Honda Unveils Eye Catching 0 Series Prototypes

Honda has taken the covers off two prototype models from the upcoming 0 Series that provide an insight into the electric future of the Japanese brand.

Revealed at the CES show in Las Vegas, the Honda 0 Saloon and the Honda 0 SUV represent the first two models from the 0 Series and are set to be introduced into global markets from 2026.

The initial launch will see the models roll out in the USA early that year, before hitting the Asian and European markets at a later date.

The saloon has been designed to be sleek and sporting in design to improve efficiency, and will include a number of all-new technologies as will the SUV, which is based on the Space-Hub concept that was revealed twelve months earlier.

Models in the 0 Series will benefit from the newly developed ASIMO OS, which is named after the famous robot that Honda developed around the turn of the century.

The operating system will manage things like driver assistance and in vehicle infotainment, and will be updated over the air so that ‘functions and services will be continuously advanced in accordance with the preferences and needs of each user’.

Level 3 automated driving is also set to be a feature.
