Gateshead Service Plan Administrator Picks Up Prestigious Automotive Award
A North East motor professional has been recognised with an Outstanding Achievement Award.
Paula Thornton, Service Plan Admin Team Manager at Vertu's Head Office in Gateshead, picked up the accolade at the Vertu CEO Management Awards in recognition of her pivotal role in implementing a new payment system, which streamlines finance operations and offers customers greater flexibility when purchasing service plans.
This initiative has resulted in improved efficiency and profitability within the service departments, as well as enhancing overall customer experience.
The coveted awards celebrate individuals who excel in their roles whilst embodying Vertu’s core values, setting them apart as outstanding contributors within the Group. Nominations are made by the CEO Committee and senior directors, ensuring the most deserving colleagues are recognised.
