First Production Renault 5 E-Tech Models Hit UK Soil
The first production versions of the award-winning Renault 5 E-Tech have arrived in the UK with a shipment of 200 new cars having made the trip across the Channel from France.
The cars, coming largely in Pop Yellow! and Pop Green! colours, will now be delivered to dealerships to allow potential buyers to sample the all-electric machine before the first cars arrive with their new owners in the Spring.
Alongside its sister model from Alpine, the Renault 5 was named as the winner of the 2025 European Car of the Year and has also taken top honours in awards from both Top Gear Magazine and What Car? – amongst others.
The Renault 5 is offered in three trim levels with a choice of 40kWh or 52kWh batteries depending on the specification chosen.
Prices for the Renault 5 start from £22,995.
