Cup Kit Breaks Cover As Exeter Chiefs Continue Preparations
Exeter Chiefs has launched its striking new 2024/25 cup kit as preparations continue for the start of the new rugby union season.
The Chiefs will once again be partnered with Vertu Motors for the upcoming campaign, with the cup kit featuring Vertu branding on the sleeve in line with both the home and away shirts that the team will wear this season.
The striking kit in vibrant pink debuted as the Chiefs took the field against Ospreys in an Anglo-Welsh friendly at Sandy Park.
Tricky weather conditions would have an impact on the game itself, with the visitors ultimately emerging victorious 14-10 thanks to a late try from Luke Scully.
Another friendly is still to come against Ulster this weekend – again at Sandy Park – before the new Gallagher Premiership season gets underway later this month with a home game against Leicester Tigers.
As well as appearing on the new kit, Vertu Motors also had a prescence outside the ground for the Ospreys game where a Land Rover Defender was on display, whilst Vertu Land Rover Exeter provided a Defender 90 from the Classis Lego range for use in a half-time kicking competition, where Will - an U11 player from Tiverton Rugby Club - took home the prize after kicking five from five.
