Audi Expands Q5 Range With New Sportback
Audi is expanding its model range with a coup� version of the Q5, which is set to launch in the UK in early 2025.
The Q5 Sportback will be available to order in mid-January before customer deliveries start in May, with the model set to blend the versatility of an SUV with the dynamic appearance that comes from a more sporty design.
The car will launch in the UK with a choice of three engines – a 2.0 mild-hybrid petrol, a 2.0 diesel and a 3.0 petrol V6 – and will start from £52,450 OTR, a small premium over the regular Q5.
Sport, S line, and Edition 1 specifications will be offered from launch and despite the change in design compared to the Q5, will still provide an impressive 515 litres of boot space – which can be expanded when the rear seats are dropped.
The exterior of the Sport models includes stylish accents in the radiator grille and the inlays in the front air intake in Scandium Grey, with contrast bumpers in Volcano Grey. The diffuser is finished in a grained matte black, and the rear inlays are in Selenite Silver.
As standard, Sport models come with 19-inch 5-twin-spoke alloy wheels.
The S line and Edition 1 variants feature a larger front air intake amongst a range of minor design tweaks, and sit on slightly larger wheels.
