Where is Jaguar heading in the future?

In 2021, Jaguar announced their Reimagine strategy. This will see them become a fully electric luxury car manufacturer from 2026.

To be one of the final owners of the current range, view our selection of new Jaguar cars in stock which are available for immediate delivery.

What will happen to the existing Jaguar range?

From November 2024, you will no longer be able to buy new Jaguar cars ahead of their new brand reveal later this year.

After this, a selection of Jaguar Approved Used cars will still be available at your nearest Vertu Jaguar retailer.

What does this mean if I'm a current Jaguar client?

Jaguar is fully committed to supporting existing clients throughout this period of transition. You can rest assured that you and your car will still receive the same expert level of care, all year round.

If you need any maintenance or servicing, this will continue as normal at your nearest Jaguar Authorised Repair Centre. Any warranty claims and software updates will also be taken care of.

Jaguar will continue to support with roadside assistance and Jaguar InControl® Remote & Protect™.

Will a Jaguar Authorised Repairer still service my Jaguar?

Absolutely, but while Jaguar undergoes this period of transition you may notice a few changes. You can discover your nearest Vertu Jaguar retailer, here.

Where can I go to for servicing if my nearest Jaguar retailer is no longer trading?

Jaguar will be in contact with you to inform you about your options on maintaining your car. You should receive a letter which will outline your nearest Jaguar Service Centre.

Can I service my Jaguar at my nearest Range Rover, Defender, or Discovery retailer?

Of course. You can receive the same level of care for your Jaguar at your local Range Rover, Defender, or Discovery retailer. Any warranty claims will be honoured and software updates will be carried out as normal.

Will my Jaguar still be eligible for software updates?

Any updates will be sent to your Jaguar vehicle as and when they become available, including anti-theft measures.

Are my warranty and service plans still valid?

If you have a warranty, extended warranty, or service plan for your Jaguar, these will remain unchanged. You can use your service plan at any authorised retailer that services Jaguar vehicles.

Is it possible to buy an extended warranty or renew my service plan?

Throughout this period of transition, Jaguar is committed to supporting clients. You can still purchase an extended warranty or service plan at any time from your nearest Vertu Jaguar retailer.

Can I still buy parts for my Jaguar?

Jaguar will continue to facilitate all servicing, repair, and maintenance requirements. You can find out more by speaking to your nearest retailer.

Will accessories for my Jaguar still be available to purchase?

Jaguar will continue to offer a range of accessories for your car including loadspace liners and roofboxes. For more information, speak to your local retailer.
