I visited the dealership in view of changing my car. I have nothing but praise for the Sales Executive who dealt with me. From start to finish they were excellent. Their knowledge and personality helped to put me at ease. Their patience in explaining PCPs and use of the phonetic alphabet was a brilliant touch. I have used you for servicing for a while, which was superb. So I hoped sales would be as good, it is. Thank you.

I bought my car largely because of the service I have received both from the sales person and manager. There were many other cars that could have tempted me but their attention to personal needs and listening to the customer was superior to almost all other dealerships that we visited. Well done!

I just wanted to tell you I have been looking for a car since last October for my daughter for her 17th birthday on the 14th March 2020. I deliberated for several weeks about safety and quality and landed on a VW Polo but was advised to wait until early this year to look at detail. I have spent hours looking at Polo's and everyone was really helpful. I do feel the need to say a special thankyou to the sales person who made the experience so much easier. I found the car at Lincoln some 140 miles away and I telephoned and explained to them my position.They said not to worry they would do everything to help. This included videos of two cars. They made sure I was comfortable with my choice, offered to pick me up at the railway station which they did on the 17th January 2020. Their caring and supportive nature shone through. This day was their day off on leave and they even came in to work to sort out my test drive and ultimate sale. I cannot thank them enough for this and would ask you too send my thanks and wish them well in what will ultimately be a successful career. Many thanks all of you.

The Service Advisor was very helpful to me today when I was having a difficult time. I left the service centre smiling which was a great feeling. Really great service, thanks.

After collecting my car from your service department the other day I had to return with a small problem that was sorted within a few minutes. How refreshing to receive such fantastic service thank you.
