I would just like to bring to your attention about the wonderful staff you have at Lichfield garage. I can not thank the Service Advisor enough for the help and reassurance they gave me. I suffer really bad with anxiety and from first contact to the finish they were just so brilliant, helpful and supportive. I feel they went above and beyond and would like them to be recognised for this. An absolute superstar Also the guys in the sales department where I waited for several hours were so caring too. They all continuously asked if I was okay and would I like drinks. I even got offered a cupcake and fruit. The staff there are A star and would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much and please forward this to them to let them know what a fab job they are all doing.

Amazing Staff that always go the extra mile. We've recently taken delivery of a Vauxhall Vivaro e life 7 seater and I have to congratulate Sales Executive in Lichfield Sales, yes I am disabled but with the extreme kind nature of this person and their professional understanding to our family needs, they definitely have gone above and beyond and we're extremely grateful. Also to the Service Advisors I needed confidence to check my tyre pressure but was confused with initiating of the pressure monitoring. Silly me! The service team were so kind and understanding not making me feel silly at all, got them to personally show me though the cars system. Thank you Bristol Street for a brilliant vehicle and an amazing service at Lichfield Vauxhall even the General Manager was extremely curious and giving our family plenty of time.

Really pleased with the service, cannot fault a thing. Everything has been done to spec. My Dad (who was a late employee) would have been proud of me for looking after the car and getting any extras possible like the air con clean and the omissions clean.
