Over the past month I have visited almost every car dealership in Newcastle and Gateshead looking to purchase a car and despite seeing a few cars that were a good option I came across some extremely pushy sales advisors and also experienced some pretty poor customer service. I called into Bristol street motors in Hexham as I was passing and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air. The service I received was second to none.
