Very impressed with the service we received when we purchased our new car and a special thank you to the Sales Executive.

Please can I pass on my comments for the excellent service that has been received from the Sales Executive. They have gone above and beyond to deliver the information requested and formulate a package. Whatever information I requested, they delivered this with professionalism, accuracy and excellent subject knowledge. They have done a lot of hard work even though they have been busy with the sales event and I would want the company to reward them for the excellent service they provide which is second to none. If you want to purchase a vehicle they are the person you would want to buy a vehicle from. Their customer service and people skills are exceptional.

I would like to thank Farnell Leeds for the excellent service provided to me during purchase of my Jaguar XF in June this year. In particular I was very impressed with the manner in which we were dealt with by the Jaguar Sales Specialist, during and after the transaction. They were extremely polite throughout and answered all questions in a professional manner. In particular, they included my granddaughter in the conversation when she was only along for the ride. In all they made it a pleasurable experience and their attention in the proceeding weeks as to how I was enjoying the car and answering subsequent questions was exemplary. Many thanks.

I just want to write to you to tell you what a fantastic job the service advisor had done in helping me organise the work on my car at a very difficult personal time and a busy professional one to boot! They were always in touch when I needed them to be, was a clear and helpful communicator, well organised and exceptionally polite without being sycophantic or obsequious. A credit to the team!

We would just like to pass on our thanks to the sales executive who we bought a car from just before Christmas. She is a credit to the team at Farnell Leeds and made our car buying experience easy and enjoyable. She kept us up to date with the sale and the work that she had arranged on the car before we picked it up. She even helped us with the private plate transfer on our car that we part exchanged - nothing was too much trouble. In a world where it is all too easy to complain when a services is poor, we feel that great service should also be congratulated and acknowledged.
