Dear Sirs, following a major problem with my car on the day which your dealerships temporarily close I contacted you again on Monday 30th March and spoke with an agent. I explained my situation and he agreed to book my car into Macklin, Seafield, Edinburgh. I dropped it off with the Service manager on the 31st and they called me later that morning advising of the problem. I agreed to the work as my car is necessary because of my wifes health. Much to my delight the car was ready to collect later that day.
