Honda Morpeth

On Saturday 14th May, I had an electric/electronic problem with my car which resulted in me being unable to switch off the engine. It was impossible to open the boot, the tyre pressure warning and parking sensor warning lights had come on. I contacted Newcastle Honda and they arranged that I could take the car to Honda Morpeth that morning. A service technician immediately took the car into the service bay and checked everything over and after about 40 minutes resolved the issue. Bearing in mind this was unscheduled, the reception and quality of service from Honda Morpeth was exemplary and saved our holiday in Alnwick from a disastrous start. All the staff at the showroom were very welcoming and helped us relax on a tense morning. My wife and I are very, very grateful for this response to the problems we had. We are both Honda owners and will continue to be so. Just a pity we live in Cheshire not Northumberland!! Thanks again.

My first Honda I have purchased. The sales person took me through every detail not missing out anything, They helped with all my questions, polite the whole way through the process and never felt at any moment they were just after a sale. They are a credit to Vertu Morpeth and I can almost say for certain I will be looking there again when I'm due for change of car.

Called at Morpeth dealership whilst on a weekend break in Northumbria as my Civic developed a worrying grating sound at the rear - the Service Manager was excellent and the whole team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Turned out to be a loose exhaust heat shield which was sorted and we were able to continue our break - what a positive experience, we were very grateful.

I am very pleased. I purchased this car and the Sales Team were first class. They went out of their way to find a car to meet our exact needs. After purchase the team had the car valeted, serviced, MOT'd and 5 days insurance cover. The Sales Person helped us set up bluetooth for the telephones and we feel we can call back for help mastering the gadgets. Thanks to the Sales Team for making the pick up of the car seamless.
