I will generally only comment on customer services if I feel it's fine above and beyond what is expected as good standard expected levels of service - and this is one of those instances where I believe customer service has exceeded expectations. Particular thanks go to the Sales Executive who arranged for me to sign my documents at Redditch Ford and then deliver my car to my home the following day because I was unable to attend the Worcester branch to sign and collect my new car as first planned due to my daughter falling ill. He also kindly transferred some of the items from my old car to my new one as I was unable to do this with my daughter being poorly but I also needed to get her to the Doctors so needed the car seat fitting etc. Please pass on my thanks.
