Ford West Bromwich

I have been dealing with Bristol Street Motors, mainly Bromley and Orpington for many, many years. Recently I was looking for a new car and the model that I wanted was in stock at Ford West Bromwich. I contacted this dealer and was very fortunate to be put in touch with the Sales Executive. I couldn't begin to recall how many cars I have bought over the years, almost all from main dealers, however the Sales Executive was the most approachable, considerate and professional of all the sales staff I have ever dealt with. We discussed all aspects of my purchase, part exchange, extras etc and whilst the Sales Executive offered gap insurance, extended warranty etc they listened to my answers and whilst making their point wasn't pushy or overbearing in any way. We quickly arrived at a deal. I have now taken delivery of the car and it is superb and exceeds my expectations, but after many years of buying Ford cars, is is sort of what I expected. What has made this transaction very special and a stand out event for me was the "buying experience" and for this I thank the Sales Executive.
