From our initial enquiry and collecting our car the experience we had was first class. The Sales Executive was very professional and patient. We had our previous car that we part exchanged for 15 years so we were out of touch with the procedures which were fully explained to us. Many thanks.

I took my van into the dealership first thing for a service and MOT. The Service Advisor who greeted me at the service desk was friendly and helpful. I explained to them that I need the van back the same day as I had to travel north for work that evening . I also mentioned that I had some minor faults with the van. They then took details in a meticulous way and informed me that they would try their hardest to get my van service and the MOT done by the end of play. They kept me informed through the day of the progress and dealt with Arval, which in itself can be a vigorous task!! I was impressed with their dedication and professionalism to the job. I was also extremely happy with the state of the van when I received it back, very clean, and a lot of work had been carried out to a high standard on the vehicle . The people I dealt with when I went to pick the van up were also friendly and professional but a special mention must go out to the Service Advisor for an outstanding effort .

I just want to say I was extremely happy with my new purchase of an ST through a Sales Executive (again!) I was their first customer in 2017 and they sold me the new shape Fiesta on the day of release. They knew I wanted an ST and managed to make it a reality 3 years later. Having gone to another dealership in the meantime where I wasn't as happy with the service I received or the quality of the vehicle sold. I was more than happy to return to the Sales Executive and thankful they were still working there and helped me get what I actually wanted in the end!! I have referred 3 customers to you over the years since 2015 and will continue to do so (should I know anyone looking)

I have had a wonderful experience with the staff at this Dealership. He was the most friendly, patient, understanding person. He knows how to deal with a confused client. He was so helpful in finding me the great deal. He was a fantastic! Ford Orpington is a good place to deal with.
