I just wanted to tell you I have been looking for a car since last October for my daughter for her 17th birthday on the 14th March 2020. I deliberated for several weeks about safety and quality and landed on a VW Polo but was advised to wait until early this year to look at detail. I have spent hours looking at Polo's and everyone was really helpful. I do feel the need to say a special thankyou to the sales person who made the experience so much easier. I found the car at Lincoln some 140 miles away and I telephoned and explained to them my position.They said not to worry they would do everything to help. This included videos of two cars. They made sure I was comfortable with my choice, offered to pick me up at the railway station which they did on the 17th January 2020. Their caring and supportive nature shone through. This day was their day off on leave and they even came in to work to sort out my test drive and ultimate sale. I cannot thank them enough for this and would ask you too send my thanks and wish them well in what will ultimately be a successful career. Many thanks all of you.

Hi Vertu, I recently purchased a used VW from your Nottingham South showroom. As I live over 100 miles away from that dealership I used the walkround video service to view the car and had a chat with the Sales Executive, to find out the cars details. The Sales Executive was friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased the car as a result of my conversation with the Sales Executive and online view. A pickup date/time was arranged. At the showroom, I enjoyed the showroom hospitality, chatted with the Sales Executive, some of the Managers, all were very open and friendly. The car wasn't quite fully prepped when I arrived, but I was looked after, kept informed by the Sales Executive it was being finished off....(onsite wheel refurb was being finished)... and given some personal hospitality by the Franchise Manager because of the unanticipated wait. To be fair it was an unexpectedly busy afternoon in the showroom on New Years Eve! When the car was presented it was 'as new'... I was impressed. But I would really like to mention the 'personal' touch from the staff which was very well received...Thanks you all. Please take this positive feedback, and you will be my first call when it's time to replace my vehicle.
I had a problem with 12v power socket on my newly acquired golf . One phone call requesting to bring my car in any time, I was there within 40 mins of the phone call, the Sales Executive who sold me the car was with me within seconds of arriving and helped the process along . A very able technician was with my car within minutes and sorted what was not as straight forward a problem as I thought. This is what I call excellent after sales service, very rare these days in the motor trade. Well done and thank you.
