We wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding service provided by Sales Executive to both myself and my partner. In many respects we are probably a car dealer's dream customer, as over the past 7 years we have purchased in excess of 20 cars from around the Grantham area and therefore believe we are well placed to measure the levels of service, standards and professionalism offered by most of the local dealers.
Your Sales Executive understood that to us it was an important purchase and not just �A piece of metal� or a number to shift as other dealers terminology would imply. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and passionate about the brand. Nothing was too much trouble for him

Earlier this year I purchased a used Honda, which I am pleased with. The sales department were first class in the dealing and were even able to cope with my 'odd' sense of humour.

Having owned the car for a short while, a couple of issues emerged with some warranty work being requested by myself (i.e, Honda 3 year warranty balance). These two claims were handled extremely well, "Service with a Smile!" Other minor requests and queries have been handled in the same manor, with 5 Star + award to be given.

Over the years I have owned various makes and models of cars (including Hondas) but the service given by Grantham Honda Service Department is the best. I live 30 miles from this branch, but it's worth the same time and effort as satisfaction will always prevail.

I am now on my fifth Honda, all purchased through the Grantham dealership, nothing is too much trouble for the Sales Team and I have always come away feeling satisfied with the service and purchase of my vehicles, an asset to your company.

After the sales comes the servicing of my vehicles which has been exemplary, nothing is too much trouble and again an asset to your company.

Recently I was unable to drive for six weeks due to health reasons and my 1st MoT was due, Grantham Honda arranged for my car to be picked up and it was returned to me later the same day. I have never found any fault with any of my servicing or repairs an the the Technicians that I have spoken to are polite and always willing to help with any queries.

It always feels a pleasure to walk in and everyone is pleasant and cheerful, everybody tries and succeeds in making your visit a pleasant one.

Finally I do a fair mileage each year and rely on car for work and it is satisfying to know I have Honda Grantham supporting me. Thank you for the last six years.

A quick note to say I have just bought a 9 month old CRV from Grantham Honda and was delighted with the service. The reason for travelling the 2.5 hours from my house near Warwick, rather than use the local Honda dealers in Stratford and Northampton, was the professionalism of your staff.
