Thank you for your email regarding the servicing and repair of my car at Honda, Pity Me in Durham.I have recently acquired a Honda CRV with my new company and it needed a number of repairs. This is my first Honda, having driven a Mercedes, BMW and Audi for the last ten years. I have always received good customer care with these three previous car companies and as such, I was unsure of what to expect from Honda.I have to say that following my experience, i have been absolutely blown over by the professionalism, attention to detail, genuine helpfulness and forward thinking manner in which i was dealt. I would actually go as far as to say that the level of customer service was of a much higher standard to my previous experiences. I have listed below the key points of this experience:1. I was greeted by Paula in the first visit, as if i had been a long standing customer. Her main aim was to make me as comfortable as possible whilst my car was being done (coffee, soft drink, seating, etc) 2. I was informed of developments constantly, nothing was a trouble and the mechanic actually came out to talk to me which has never happened before.4. I had a lot of work to do and having turned down the opportunity to have a courtesy car, Paula took it upon herself to get me an empty office so I could work.5. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently and regular updates were given along with a full explantation and advice on future servicing.A brilliant job and worthy of recognition (both Paula and the mechanic SteveI would be grateful if you could make these people aware of their excellent job. Positive feedback is not always offered.I will absolutely use this garage again and will recommend to others.Good job!

First Honda after many years of owning other makes. Extremely happy and delighted with my Honda Jazz. Should have bought this make years ago. The staff, down to the cleaning lady, were all very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to all staff at Abbey Road. The premises were immaculately clean.
