I just wanted to give some feedback on the amazing experience I had recently in your store in Glasgow which was all down to the two Sales Executives. From the very first contact they were extremely helpful, kind and informative and nothing was too much of a bother for them. They made the process of me getting my car seamless and provided exceptional customer service at all times. All my previous experiences of car garages in Edinburgh were pretty awful and I was really dreading trying to find a new car however I really honestly couldn't be happier with how it all went. Please pass on my sincerest thanks to both of them, thank you so much again. Really couldn't recommend you guys enough!

I had a concern about the service contract. The manager dealt with the issue, listened, reported back and resolved the matter. They also apologised for a short delay and responded on a Saturday initially as they had been unable to deal with the matter during the week. I would be grateful if you would express my thanks for their excellent service.

Intermittent issue with clutch pedal sticking fixed under Ford warranty. Courtesy car provided. Friendly and professional staff always willing to help. Makes such a difference compared to recent experiences at other Ford garages.

Superb service at Ford Glasgow. Special praise to the receptionist, I felt as if I was the only person she had to deal with, nothing seemed to be a problem ,and a mention to the driver who took me home for my driving license for courtesy car, very friendly guy hope he goes far.
