As and elderly customer, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Bristol Street Motors Hexham, for the service they gave me last week. I had to cancel two appointments for the winter check on my car, due to the snow cover and state of the road leading to my flat. The garage rang and offered to collect, service and return the car, which was a great help to me. I have dealt with Hexham garage for many years and have always received prompt and efficient service - especially welcome on this occasion.

I would like personally thank your Sales Executive he was very charming, extremely professional and made my car buying experience on a used car a joyful experience. I had been to several competitor garages that weekend and not one sales person was helpful or interested. I had become very dismayed until walking into your Gants Hill - Vauxhall garage where your Sales Executive greeted me with a smile and made us feel at ease. I will certainly recommend this garage.

I want to pass on to you the excellent service I have had whilst purchasing 2 vehicles from your Used Car Salesman. I bought my Ford Focus back in March '10 and have recently returned to your Worcester dealership with a view of purchasing a KA for my daughter. Again, your Used Car Salesman dealt with me and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. He found a lovely KA for my daughter. As it was my daughter's first car when she saw it for the first time she gave him a bit of a hard time (in a nice way!) as she wanted it perfect. He explained that it had only been delivered the evening before and he promised that it would be sparkling when she collected it. Sure enough it was and my daughter was so chuffed - she even gave him a hug!! Your Used Car Salesman is a credit to your company he seems to have 'the gift of the gab' in a nice way. He is not a pushy salesman, like some, and is understanding to the needs of the customer. Thank you!!!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the manner in which your Sales Executive negotiated me through the process of buying a used car from Bristol Street Motors Gants Hill after my car was written off in an accident. From the first introduction to driving away in my new car, your Sales Executive was extremely pleasant and patient; gently steering me through what in the past has been a very stressful procedure, by doing small things like tuning into my favourite radio stations.
