I feel obliged to contact you just to say how impressed I am with your operation at Lyme Green in Macclesfield. I used this Vauxhall dealership prior to Vertu Motors taking over last year and the overall improvement is quite astounding. I have never before experienced such courtesy from the front-of-house staff and indeed all the other members of staff I have met there. I also am truly delighted to collect my vehicle from there after a service and find that it has been washed and hoovered. AMAZING. One person I really must mention is your Service Advisor, I do this because I recently had to have a repair carried out on my car and this involved me using a AA warranty. He was able to sort all the details, cost of the job, courtesy car, in fact,he even cleared the job with the AA. All I had to do was confirm it all with them. Well done and indeed every one else who worked on my car and I never got to meet. I have also joined your service scheme, yet another good idea on your part. Bristol Street constantly amaze me with the level of service provided by your Leicester branch ,as a Motability customer nothings to much trouble they collect and deliver my car keep me updated on progress throughout the process but being with the vehicle being a Citroen I've never had a problem with reliability so much so I've ordered another through the Motability scheme making it my 4th Citroen from Bristol Street the sales people have been attentive and very helpful and I look forward to collecting my new car in May. Its so refreshing in this day and age to be treated like a VIP and not just another punter well done all round..

The Sales Executive who dealt with my purchase was very helpful in dealing with the minor difficulties that arose during the purchase period and dealt with these very professionally and was polite throughout his dealings with me. I would like to say how good your Motability Specialist has been in the sale of our Peugeot 3008 through Motability. Nothing was too much trouble for him and when my husband became ill and we were unable to collect the car on the day he sorted everything out and kept me informed on everything.
