No. There's no need to worry about unexpected costs with Priority Service Plan. The price is fixed for the entire duration of your plan, so you are in control of your vehicle maintenance costs.
At Vertu, we offer all customers a complimentary courtesy vehicle* to suit your busy lifestyle. However, we do ask that you book in advance by booking online or giving us a call.

To book a courtesy vehicle, you must:
- Be between the ages of 21 - 85
- Have held a license for a minimum of one year
- Have no more than 9 points in the last three years
- Have no disqualifications in the last five years
If you are under 21, you must have held your license for a minimum of one year and have no points.
Don't worry - if you change your vehicle, you have the option to transfer your Priority Service Plan to another vehicle at any time. Get in touch with us and we'll take care of the rest, transferring any remaining funds.
We understand personal circumstances can change and that's why with Priority Service Plan you aren't tied into any contracts, meaning you can cancel at any time. Simply give us a call or contact our aftersales team and they will be able to take care of the rest.
